|Recommended: YesWonderful Complex — This is such a hidden gem. Great townhomes - nice and updated, great size, great storage. The complex is clean and quiet. The property managers Jeanne and Toya are wonderful. Would totally recommend this property to a friend.

|Recommended: YesStaff and Maintenance — We move in almost 6 months ago, we really love the size of the apartment, the storage and closet space, we left our last place because we wanted more space and needed to stay within our budget, TOWNHOME OF LITTLE CREEK made that possible. It’s affordable and spacious….accessible to highways and shopping, Sam’s Club, Costco, shopping mall etc . lots of eateries, all within 10 minutes . We LOVE THE QUIET ,
Keeping in mind, the complex was built in the 1960s we realize there will be some issues and problems, however the maintenance crew is responsive. The community manager Jeanne has been very pleasant and a cooperative person to work with, she lets you know when or if something can or cannot be done within a certain timeframe. We really appreciate not having false hope. We have a one year lease and our hope is to resign.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — I believe it’s a good place to live if you are first starting out and don’t want upstairs neighbors. The maintenance is awesome and prompt and has always fixed everything in a timely manner. Kamila in the office is amazing and understanding and makes communication easy. I would say there has to be some changes with parking. There is often arguments and quarrels about spots for residents and their guests and it would be easier to have assigned parking and designated visitor parking to avoid all of that.

|Recommended: YesLiving in Townhomes at Little Creek — I have been living at Townhomes Little Creek since June 2009 and I have met different Landlords. Since the new Landlords have took over Townhomes at Little Creek is still a wonderful place to live. I enjoy living here as you can see I have been here for a minute. The most important thing about living at this complex is that it's very nice and quiet. The yard and maintenance is kept up very well. The management is very nice and concern for their tenants. The maintenance crew is very professional and very nice also, when you put in a maintenance request they're on top of it unless something has to be ordered and they waiting on a part. I enjoy living where I'm living because being in a clean and caring environment and most of all in my little area some of the old tenants we do neighborhood crime watch in our little area where we live. This is very important to look out for one another.
